What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage select global customer accounts to support growth initiatives

Support the release of new compressor products and contribute to green product initiatives

Evaluate market trends and solicit customer feedback to inform sales strategies

Provide technical support and deliver customer presentations on products and services

Collaborate with various customer departments, including engineering and operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience

Willingness to travel 30% within the United States, with occasional international travel

Strong technical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with refrigeration equipment

Familiarity with SAP systems

Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software

Advanced communication and presentation skills

Additional technical certifications related to HVAC/R
