What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage select global customer accounts to support growth initiatives

Support the release of new residential and light commercial rotary compressors

Evaluate market segment trends and monitor regulatory activities

Provide technical support and deliver customer presentations on products and services

Collaborate with various customer organizational facets, including engineering and operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high‑school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience

Ability to travel 30% within the United States with occasional international travel

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer‑focused attitude

Experience with refrigeration equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

SAP experience is a plus

Extraordinary interpersonal skills
