What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle's growth initiatives
Support the introduction of new compressor products to the North American HVAC industry
Evaluate market trends and government regulations while soliciting customer feedback
Provide technical support to customer engineering teams, including application guidelines and selection tools
Deliver customer presentations on Carlyle products and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience
Ability to travel 30% within the United States with occasional international travel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with extraordinary interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with refrigeration equipment
Familiarity with SAP
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
