What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle's growth initiatives

Support sales and marketing efforts by evaluating market trends and soliciting customer feedback

Document market and customer findings and communicate insights back to the organization

Provide technical support and deliver customer presentations on Carlyle products and services

Collaborate with various departments within the customer’s organization, including engineering and operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience

Ability to travel 30% within the United States, with occasional international travel

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in managing pricing strategies and customer negotiations

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with refrigeration equipment

Familiarity with SAP

Extraordinary interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus

Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

Additional HVAC/R certifications or training
