What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle's growth initiatives

Support sales and marketing efforts by evaluating market trends and gathering customer feedback

Document market insights and communicate findings to the organization

Provide technical support and application guidelines to customer engineering teams

Deliver customer presentations on Carlyle products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years HVAC/R sales or engineering experience

Ability to travel 30% within the United States, with occasional international travel

Strong customer-focused attitude and exceptional communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with refrigeration equipment

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Familiarity with SAP

Extraordinary interpersonal skills

Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
