Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle growth initiatives Support the release of new residential and light commercial rotary compressors Document market and customer findings and communicate insights back to the organization Provide technical support and presentations to customer engineering groups Participate in regional and international trade shows and promotional activities What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years HVAC/R sales or engineering experience Ability to travel 30% within the United States with occasional international travel Strong communication and organizational skills Customer‑focused attitude Ability to manage pricing strategies and deliver actions effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with refrigeration equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) SAP experience Extraordinary interpersonal skills and customer focus Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
