What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle growth initiatives
Evaluate market trends, monitor regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback
Negotiate pricing strategies and deliver pricing actions to customers
Provide technical support to customer engineering teams, including application guidelines and selection tools
Deliver presentations on Carlyle products and services to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience
Ability to travel 30% within the U.S. with occasional international travel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer‑focused attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with refrigeration equipment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce or equivalent CRM
Extraordinary interpersonal skills
