What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle's growth initiatives
Evaluate market segment trends and solicit customer feedback to inform strategies
Document market and customer findings and communicate insights back to the organization
Provide technical support to customer engineering teams, including application guidelines and selection tools
Deliver presentations on Carlyle products and services to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Ability to travel 30% within the United States with occasional international travel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with refrigeration equipment
Familiarity with SAP
Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
