Job Responsibilities:

Manage select global customer accounts to support Carlyle growth initiatives

Provide technical support and application guidelines to customer engineering teams

Document market and customer findings and communicate insights to the organization

Support sales and marketing efforts, including participation in trade shows

Negotiate pricing strategies and deliver pricing actions to customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience

Ability to travel 30% within the U.S. with occasional international travel

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus

Experience with refrigeration equipment

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

SAP experience is a plus

Strong presentation skills for delivering customer presentations

Previous experience in managing pricing strategies

Familiarity with natural refrigerant products
