• 3+ years of experience in marketing technology or related field, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), database management (e.g., SQL), and web development (e.g., HTML, CSS). Experience with data integration, data management, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing technology projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant certifications in marketing technology platforms are a plus.
