JOB SUMMARY As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will own the client experience end-to-end - sourcing business, structuring loans, educating borrowers, and closing deals. This role is ideal for professionals seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to scale their personal brand.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate 3-6+ loans per month, scaling up incrementally

Manage the full loan lifecycle

Build a book of business through realtor and community outreach

Utilize traditional, brokered, and private-money products

Maintain accurate CRM records using Basecamp

Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews

Represent your personal brand professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

Integrity-driven, accountable, and coachable

High-volume production mindset

Polished communicator and relationship builder

Prior production required

Currently licensed OR actively originating in a bank environment
