Find, develop, propose, and bind new business
Renew existing clients annually
Cross‑sell corporate clients’ insurance policies
Assist office staff in collecting required coverage information and necessary deposits
Negotiate and sell insurance based on clients’ needs and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain a 220 Insurance License within 60 days of employment
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Prior sales experience (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in insurance sales or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
