Perform complex data analysis to support business objectives and recommend actionable insights
Collaborate with various departments to gather support for findings and action plans
Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare recommendations for senior leaders
Partner with IT to provide business definitions and ensure data accuracy
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts as a subject matter expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and mentor co-workers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Experience in commercial insurance
Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
Experience in automating repetitive tasksActive participation in company culture initiatives
