What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance aligned with overall business objectives
Generate actionable insights through various types of analyses, including root cause and forecasting
Consult with client groups to identify business needs, scope issues, and prepare findings for senior leaders
Collaborate with IT partners to provide business definitions and participate in User Acceptance Testing
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Commercial insurance experience
Working knowledge of R or Python
Experience with automating repetitive tasks
Demonstrated ability to actively shape company culture
