What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance to support business objectives
Conduct various types of analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking
Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare findings for senior leaders
Collaborate with IT partners on data definitions and perform User Acceptance Testing
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Commercial insurance experience
Working knowledge of R or Python
Experience with automating repetitive tasks
Demonstrated adaptability and strong time management skills
