What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance related to overall business objectives
Collaborate with different departments to support findings and action plans
Make recommendations for procedure development based on broader issues
Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare actionable recommendations
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Commercial insurance experience
Working knowledge of R or Python
Experience with automating repetitive tasks
Leadership and mentoring experience
