What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services both inside and outside the U‑Haul center
Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safety and efficiency
Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and overall condition
Prepare rental invoices and process returns of rented equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record_IntegerHigh school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
Willingness to work in a moderate‑risk environment with special safety precautions
Availability for scheduled shifts and participation in ongoing training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or related field
Familiarity with moving and transportation equipment
Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
Certification in filling propane (training offered through U‑Haul)
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
