What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services both inside and outside the centerامين
Utilize smartphone‑based technology for managing rentals and inventory
Move, hook up, and inspect U‑Haul trucks and trailers
Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
Participate in ongoing training through U‑Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work in a moderate‑risk environment with safety precautions
Availability for scheduled shifts and participation in continuous education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance or rental processes
Ability to drive a forklift (certification available through U‑Haul)
Interest in obtaining propane filling certification (training provided) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
