Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Banker/Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. Position will focus on Commercial Real Estate Debt, Equity and/or Investment sales. Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience. Commission based position. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Work with senior Managing Director on existing accounts to process new leads and analyze new deals. Drive leads through interacting with new clients. Problem solve for complex financing solutions with commercial properties. Use Excel and PowerPoint to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources. Secure best terms for the client. Follow up through underwriting process to closing. Help with post-closing asset management. Qualifications
Knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for deal analysis. Ability to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources. Commission-based compensation structure. Details
