$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lease renewals and administration; tenant verifications Prepare arrears reports and follow-ups, assist attorneys with legal issues and research Monitor move-outs, process apartment transfers, storage space leasing and gym memberships Maintain and monitor security deposits Good Communications Skills Qualifications
