What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee trends within the IVA and AI functionality to enhance call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and financial health
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Strong operational knowledge in data modeling and statistical analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
Analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
