What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee trends within the IVA and AI functionality to enhance call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes for improved efficiency
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and financial health
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and forecast outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Strong operational knowledge with data modeling and statistical analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
Analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
