What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee trends within the Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) and all AI functionalities to enhance call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes for improved operational efficiency
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various plans to assess the IVA's operational efficiency and financial health
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend actionable solutions
Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues to inform strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Strong operational knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to present and manage up to executive-level audiences
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
