What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee trends within the IVA and AI functionality to enhance call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and financial health
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
Strong operational knowledge in data modeling and statistical analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights
Ability to present to and manage executive-level audiences
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
