What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee overarching trends within the IVA and AI functionality to enhance call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes for operational efficiency
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the business
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend actionable solutions
Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and monitor member/client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Ability to present and manage up to executive‑level audiences
Strong operational knowledge with data modeling and statistical analysis
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
