What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage existing accounts and develop new prospects across various industries
Formulate and implement strategic business plans for large accounts to increase membership and sales
Cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and consultants
Act as a liaison between departments and customers to meet service expectations
Utilize a sales automation system for record maintenance and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of business-to-business sales and/or account management experience in the employee benefits or healthcare/insurance industry
Exceptional planning, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively
Must travel more than 50% of the time and maintain a clean DMV record
