Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff in a call-center environment
Manage phone contacts to deliver customer-centered services that meet or exceed expectations
Handle various functions related to registration, scheduling, and call routing
Proactively solve problems to ensure efficient resolutions for customer inquiries
Support the clinic care team as a key partner in communication and service delivery
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
At least 6 months of scheduling and/or registration experience preferred
Proficiency in typing with a minimum of 35+ WPM required
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and independent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Call center experience preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office products
