Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research and planning to identify sales growth opportunities
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites, contractors, and end users
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switchgear
Proven leadership experience managing inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in value-based selling and strong negotiation skills
Familiarity with surge protection industry or related technical sales experience
Previous roles involving key account management or strategic sales planning
Ability to educate and mentor teams on sales techniques and product applications
