What to Expect Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive markets

Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue achievement

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies

Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of products

What is Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and panel shops

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales

Ability to travel on average 50% of the time, including overnight trips

Experience navigating construction project sites
