Develop and execute sales strategies while leading the Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales team Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and drive revenue achievement through various channels Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales Minimum 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
