What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research and planning to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts
Drive revenue achievement by engaging with job sites, contractors, and end users
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and OEMs
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Established value-based selling skills and strong negotiation capabilities
Experience with market analysis and strategic planning
Familiarity with electrical connection and protection solutions
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and business functions
