multiple Account Executives
to join our team in Utah. In this role, you will manage and grow referral relationships across various locations, educate healthcare partners and the community about our services, and drive census growth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare sales experience who are passionate about mission-driven patient care. Duties/Responsibilities: Sales & Strategy Drive admissions through targeted sales and marketing plans. Use CRM tools to track referrals, analyze trends, and identify opportunities. Grow referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders. Ensure smooth transitions and high satisfaction between referral sources and clinical teams. Represent the agency at events and networking opportunities. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities follow HIPAA and relevant regulations. Collaborate with leadership to support ethical and compliant practices. Report progress and barriers to growth. Partner with managers and HR on operational and growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related area. Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required). Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.
