Customer Support Representative
to support customers throughout the order process while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services Process orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and live chat Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Act as a liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams Maintain assigned regional territories Coordinate with Processing and Shipping departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment Experience handling phone and email communications Ability to work in multiple systems with strong attention to detail General business knowledge preferred
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required Some college preferred Prior CSR experience strongly preferred Business or Education degree helpful
