Seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen key account relationships

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities

Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours

Prepare and deliver sales reports

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes

Develop understanding of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies

Report directly to company management and ownership

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields

Proven track record of sales growth and relationship building

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities

CRM experience is a plus
