Position Summary
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our precision-machined washers and fasteners. This role requires a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and procurement professionals.
Understand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products.
Familiarity with precision machining, fasteners, or metal components is highly desirable.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
