Loan Officer Assistants

Key Responsibilities
Screen and qualify leads to assessing if they meet the requirements for mortgage loans
Support Loan Officers by managing daily pipeline updates, loan files, and client follow-ups
Help gather and review client documentation for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with borrowers, processors, and third parties to move files forward
Maintain CRM notes and ensure all data is up-to-date and compliant
Prepare disclosures, assist with locking loans, and support pre-approvals
Act as a second set of eyes to ensure clean files and smooth closings
Requirements
Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and manage leads effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with strong communication and persuasion skills
Proactive, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy — familiar with LOS systems, CRMs, and G Suite (or willing to learn)
Motivated to grow within the mortgage industry (LO licensing support available)
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in mortgage or financial services) is a plus
