Overview
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is looking for a
Senior Director of Programming
to lead across multiple departments including fitness, training, events, operations, and club programming. This role is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership position focused on creating engaging programs that drive member satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities
Lead and inspire cross-department teams (fitness, training, events, operations, programming) to deliver exceptional member experiences. Develop and oversee programming strategy that balances operational excellence, hospitality, and customer service. Collaborate with club leadership to create innovative programs and initiatives that support revenue growth. Maintain high-energy club culture and effective communication across teams. Occasional weekend availability as required. Qualifications
Strong communication and collaboration skills; proven leadership in a multi-department environment. Creative, adaptable, and data-driven; ability to balance operations and guest service. Willing to work one weekend day. Apply & Equal Opportunity
