What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive results by identifying the best engagement channels with customers and supporting territory growth strategies

Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and assist in setting up product demonstrations

Manage relationships focused on acquiring new clients and upselling/cross-selling opportunities

Utilize Salesforce to track deal progress and manage client interactions effectively

Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment

4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred

Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques

Excellent communication and closing skills

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce is desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge and background in the legal profession is helpful but not required

Ability to utilize Sales Engagement tools would be incredibly beneficial

High level of competency with internet research and prospecting

Proven database management skills
