Responsibilities

Drive results by identifying the best engagement channels with customers and supporting territory growth strategies

Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and assist in setting up product demonstrations

Manage relationships by focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance and manage customer information

Gather client and market intelligence to understand customer needs within the legal profession

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment

4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred

Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques

Excellent communication and closing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Salesforce and Sales Engagement tools

Knowledge and background in the legal profession

High level of competency with internet and internal prospecting
