Responsibilities
Identify and engage the best channels for customer interaction, primarily through virtual means
Prospect new customers, assess their needs, and assist in demo setups
Manage relationships to acquire new clients and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with Solutions Consultants for closing deals
Utilize Salesforce for reporting and tracking sales progress and customer insights
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment
4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
Excellent communication and closing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the legal profession is helpful but not required
Experience with Sales Engagement tools would be beneficial
High level of competency in internet and database management skills
