
Role Summary
Key Account Executive responsible for Territory and Key Account Management in Vietnam, driving in-market sales across all channels, identifying key customers, and developing actionable plans aligned with the Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, coordinating with field force, brand teams, activation, and MSL to ensure a unified Takeda voice. Focus on stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, market intelligence, and leveraging AI and digital tools. Responsibilities
Take full accountability for the in-market sales volume and growth rate of the territory across all channels and customers. Identify key customers and growth drivers within the territory and develop actionable plans to grow the territory in alignment with Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan. Develop Joint Corporation Plan (JCP) with key customers (VNVC, Long Chau, and other assigned key accounts). Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, delivering tailored solutions with excellence. Collaborate with field force, brand team, brand activator, and medical (MSL) to ensure One-Takeda image and One voice to KOLs and HCPs nationwide. Be the key contact point organizing two-way communication between the company and clients for information sharing and product deployment, including training, availability management, and activities planning at HCOs/vaccination centers. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts aligned with Takeda Vaccine business and brand strategy. Serve as the primary commercial contact for KOLs, HCPs, HCOs, CDCs, hospitals, Institutes, and vaccination centers. Collaborate with Strategic Planner, Activation team, and MSL on strategic accounts planning and customer engagement initiatives nationwide and regionally. Ensure consistent and compliant communication across all customer touchpoints aligned with Takeda-ism. Execute excellent commercial engagement activities as per Joint Corporation Plan. Provide HCPs and hospital/vaccination center decision makers with timely, accurate product data and handling of objections. Coordinate with internal functions to provide timely information on product data, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities, and PV-related matters. Provide field force leaders with accurate monthly forecasts of in-market sales and in-arm data. Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities. Manage tenders of public customers in the assigned territory. Ensure zero percent non-compliance for all activities and materials in execution. Stay abreast of market information and trends, provide timely feedback to field force leaders, Marketing, and Medical teams to inform brand planning, JCP, and scientific engagement with HCPs. Make data-driven decisions, plans, and activities. Qualifications
Required: Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools and AI-driven insights to enhance performance and decision-making. Required: AI awareness, adaptability, and customer engagement via digital channels. Required: Experience with digital platforms such as Veeva CRM, Power BI or similar tools; comfortable with automated reporting systems and digital engagement platforms. Skills
