What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively resolving issues
Maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale to drive adoption of solutions
Demonstrate expertise in product offerings and provide issue resolution during client interactions
Contribute to a positive corporate culture through collaboration and community-building efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
