Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory Act as an advocate for accounts, proactively resolving issues to protect revenue and ensure customer health Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at aligned accounts to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving CIS/ERP solutions to provide front-line issue resolution Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a positive corporate culture What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
