What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an account advocate, protecting revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
