What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction
Execute quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to a supportive corporate culture
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
