POSITION SUMMARY Amphenol Network Solutions is committed to becoming a top industry leader in sales growth and profitability in our market space. This pivotal position serves as the key liaison between sales, product, and leadership teams, driving collaboration to accelerate business growth and expand market opportunities. This role manages sales strategies by market and customer. Sales experience in enterprise data centers market is strongly preferred.

A deep understanding of the sales pipeline is essential, paired with the strategic insight necessary to develop accurate and data driven. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze key inputs and market trends to effectively predict performance and drive informed decision-making to shape the future of global communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Head of Sales to create and hold accountable to Sales Key Performance Indicators

Oversee Strategic Account Sales and identify gaps that need to be filled.

Create Value‑propositions and focus on solution selling with alignment to the corporate vision.

Ensure fiscal responsibility and good stewardship by following the sales budget

Demonstrate and encourage a cooperative and congenial working relationship between others, both within and outside the company.

Identify new opportunities for Amphenol and document market trends for company product roadmaps

Work with the Product Management team to develop and respond to products that resonate in the market place

Create and support a Strategic Sales Playbook for Strategic Accounts

Must support sales team for technical sales support

Work to identify new market opportunities

Utilize the CRM tool to manage sales activity and expectations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or related field, and/or equivalent experience.

Five years’ successful sales experience preferred

Sales experience in enterprise data centers and telecommunications market is strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Excellent relational sales and presentation skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS Amphenol currently utilizes Mac computers capable of running both MacOS and Windows environments. While Microsoft Office remains our standard productivity suite, we recognize that technology evolves rapidly—so a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems is required, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze and interpret data through various distribution platforms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely, while also requiring occasional presence in a corporate office environment. Frequent travel—both domestic and international—will be an important part of the role.
