Responsibilities

Lead and manage a pod of 5 to 10 Licensed Sales Associates to exceed monthly sales targets

Provide coaching and accountability through daily call reviews and performance improvement plans

Monitor funnel conversion data to ensure pipeline health and adherence to service level agreements

Convert company-provided leads into HELOC customers through various outreach methods

Support new hires in achieving funding targets through a structured ramp plan

Qualifications

Active NMLS license with eligibility to be licensed in all operating states

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or HELOC sales

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in Salesforce and Nice, with loan origination systems experience preferred

Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret sales metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CSP and translating complex underwriting guidelines into training scripts

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and achieving team funding volume
