Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance options Resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers, ensuring inquiries are handled quickly and thoroughly Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, documenting interactions using support ticketing software Propose process and product solutions to improve customer experience based on insights gained from customer interactions Contribute to the Support team’s mission to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce fear associated with health insurance Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role Highly productive with strong multitasking skills Passion for helping people with their health-related concerns Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
