What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and execute a comprehensive business plan for incident management software

Utilize CRM to maintain strategic account plans and identify key players in assigned accounts

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business revenue forecasts

Develop and maintain relationships relevant to safety and physical security to generate new opportunities

Collaborate with the North American Sales Team to engage key partners and customers effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years in a professional sales role, with SaaS-based solutions experience

Experience selling into Healthcare or Emergency Management industries

Strong operational and technical acumen related to products and solutions

Proven track record of targeting and securing new business in SaaS solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

8+ years of sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree

Experience with Case Management, Risk, Resilience, Incident Management, and Crisis solutions

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

Demonstrated success in collaborative environments to develop go-to-market strategies
