What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design, build, and execute a comprehensive business plan for incident management software

Utilize CRM to maintain a strategic account plan and identify key players for assigned accounts

Deliver business revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Develop and maintain relationships relevant to safety and physical security to generate new opportunities

Collaborate with North American Sales Team to identify key partners and equip them with necessary resources

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a minimum of 4+ years of sales experience or 8+ years of sales experience without a degree

5+ years of experience in a professional sales role, preferably with SaaS-based solutions

Experience selling into Healthcare, Emergency Management, or Oil and Gas industries

Strong operational and technical acumen with the ability to understand complex business problems

Willingness to travel within the West Coast (50% of the time)

Successful track record of targeting and securing new business within SaaS solutions

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and company personnel

Experience in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies in a collaborative environment
